These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BaijiSoft website and services (the "Service"), operated by BaijiSoft ("Company", "We", "Us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Specific terms for software development, AI, web, mobile, or support engagements — including scope, payment, timelines, and ownership of deliverables — are governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work between BaijiSoft and the client. In the absence of such an agreement, these Terms apply.
BaijiSoft Social allows you to connect third-party accounts, including Google (YouTube and Google Business Profile), Facebook, and Instagram, in order to schedule and publish content on your behalf. By connecting an account, you authorize BaijiSoft Social to access and act on that account solely to perform the actions you request (such as publishing a scheduled post). You represent that you have the right to connect and authorize access to any account you link, and that your use of connected platforms complies with each platform's own terms of service and policies.
You may disconnect any linked account at any time from within the Service. BaijiSoft Social's access to and use of data obtained through Google APIs is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, and access to data obtained through Meta Platforms is limited to what is necessary to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms themselves.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by BaijiSoft. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaijiSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BaijiSoft makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information included on it.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
