Data Use & Permissions
BaijiSoft Social only connects to your accounts after you explicitly grant permission, and only uses that access to provide the features you request.
BaijiSoft Social requests access to Google user data only after you grant permission through Google's OAuth consent screen. We request the following scopes, used solely for the purposes below:
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the requested feature. You can revoke BaijiSoft Social's access at any time from your Google Account's Security settings, or by contacting us.
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we request permissions limited to managing that Page and publishing the content you schedule — for example, viewing your Pages list, publishing posts, and reading engagement data for the content you post through BaijiSoft Social. We do not access personal messages, and we do not publish anything without your action or an explicitly scheduled post. Data obtained through Meta Platforms is not sold and is not used for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.
Access tokens and account data are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to provide the Service, or as required by law. You may disconnect any account at any time within the dashboard; disconnecting revokes our access and stops any further use of that account's data.
